Start by getting to know our staff and your neighbors. Upon moving in, there is no shame in introducing yourself to your new community. Our staff is excited to get to know you and tell you about the neighborhood hotspots you can enjoy while living at One 51 Place.

Next, be courteous when having friends and family over your Alachua apartment. Always keep noise to an appropriate level and have guests park in designated areas.

Also, the outdoors is a common space shared by everyone. Please keep doorways, patio space, and balcony space free from all storage, bicycles, outdoor toys, and debris. Remember, when taking out the trash, take it straight to the Dumpster every time. Please don’t let trash bags sit by the front door, as this can create a problem with odors and pests.
