One of the biggest differences between living in an apartment and living in a house is that in an apartment, your walls and common living spaces are not yours alone. Rather, you likely share them with several other people. As such, it’s important that residents of One 51 Place are courteous of their neighbors to help make our community an excellent place to live.
Here are some ways we encourage our residents to be a good neighbor at One 51 Place:
- Be mindful of the noise you make. This is particularly important in the early morning and late night hours, but should be something our residents are aware of at all times. Some things to be especially careful of are your music and TV volume and the noise you make when you have company over.
- Do not leave trash or other items around the entryway of your apartment. The outside of your apartment is a common area for all residents and should be kept clean at all times.
- Be mindful of the way you use the community amenities. Whether at the pool or in the clubhouse, remember that these areas are for everyone to enjoy.
By following these tips, you can help to maintain good relationships with your neighbors and help make One 51 Place apartments in Alachua, FL, a great place to live for all.
