The Alachua County Library is located less than a mile from One 51 Place. At this library, visitors can take part in numerous activities, such as taking a crafting class, participating in a story time, using the computer, and more. But, many people who visit the library are most interested in checking out materials to read. Here are some of the options available at the Alachua County Library:

The Alachua County Library is open from Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., on Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Current Alachua County residents can obtain a library card to check out many of the above materials by presenting a photo ID and proof of residency.
