If you’ve been searching for ways to stay organized, consider the benefit of using binders. Binders may not be the first thing you think of when it comes to organization, but they can be incredibly useful to ensure everything you need for different tasks is located in one specific place – like all of your bills or manuals.
So, what types of binders might you find useful? We’ve created a list below:
• Cleaning binder – Organize all of your cleaning tasks in daily, weekly, and seasonal lists, so that you always know what needs to be cleaned and when.
• Electronics hardware binder – If you have lots of cords, chargers, USB cables, and instruction booklets for all your electronic devices, consider a hardware binder. For each device you own, you’ll place all of the items in a labeled, gallon-sized plastic bag. For example, for a cell phone, you might include the phone’s booklet, USB cords, extra chargers, earbuds, and other accessories. Hole punch the bags so they can be added to the binder and you can easily flip through them.
• Financial binder – This is a useful binder for anyone who wants to organize their financial obligations in a better way. You’ll create twelve sections (one for each month) and in each section, you’ll include a list of monthly bills due, an expense tracker, a checklist for marking down when bills have been paid, and then a calendar that details when each bill you receive is due.
