1.5 lbs lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans (16 ounces) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 cans (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
To make the chili, follow these steps:
