Depending on the size of the party and the type of activities you’re planning, your apartment just may not be able to accommodate it. Luckily One 51 Place residents enjoy exclusive access to our community clubhouse, which is perfect for a baby shower, birthday party, brunch gathering, or any other event that you want to be extra special.

The community clubhouse boasts features like:

• A stylish interior with a comfortable “home-like” atmosphere
• Centralized location in our community
• Close proximity to other amenities, including the theater room, business center, and community pool
• Open every day for a relaxing meeting place
• A getaway from your apartment in Alachua, FL

The clubhouse is available for our residents to rent for any special occasion. Residents are asked to put down a small deposit to reserve the date of their event and later pay a small rental fee.
