A favorite amenity for One 51 Place residents is our community pool. With all the sunshine Florida has to offer, our luxurious pool is a fantastic way to cool off, have fun, and relax.

Please take note of our Alachua apartment community pool rules. Be sure to look in the pool area for a full list of rules that are visibly posted. The following are some tips to keep in mind while at the pool:

• There will be no lifeguard on duty, so please use the pool at your own risk. One 51 Place is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damaged items.
• For your benefit, our pool is restricted to only residents and their guests.
• All children and guests must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please do not yell or broadcast music at the pool area. We want all our residents to have a relaxing time.
• Glass containers and alcohol are prohibited in the pool area.
• Horseplay and running are not allowed around the pool.

Also, please keep noise to a minimum. Many residents live close to the pool and we want them to continue to enjoy the peaceful living experience One 51 has to offer.
