Occupancy

We’ve established clear occupancy guidelines to ensure a comfortable living environment for every resident:

One Bedroom – Up to 2 occupants
Two Bedroom – Up to 4 occupants, with no more than 3 over age 18
Three Bedroom – Up to 6 occupants, with no more than 4 over age 18

Utilities

When leasing an apartment at One 51 Place, residents are responsible for essential utilities, including electric, cable, wifi, telephone, water and sewer, and trash removal. This structure gives you more control over your monthly expenses while allowing you to tailor services to your preferences and lifestyle.
